HighFinesse高精度波长计
HighFinesse波长计具有灵敏度高，结构紧凑的特点，设计用于高速测量超宽光谱范围的各式激光器。光学单元包含温度控制干涉仪，干涉模式通过CCD光电二极管阵列读出。通过使用固态的非移动光学部件实现非常高的测量jue 对精度。光学单元及相关电子部件封装在紧凑的热隔离外壳内。与计算机或笔记本的连接是通过高速U,S,B2.0接口实现的，可以实现高速数据读出。软件可展示干涉仪的所有信息，并与Microsoft窗口兼容。
WS5、WS6-600、WS6-200、WS7-60、WS7-30高精度波长计
紧凑、可靠、通用坚实紧凑的高精度波长计设计用于脉冲与连续激光光源的日常控制。通过易于使用的光学多模光纤进行耦合，即使光强很低也可以正常操作。光学单元及相关电子部件封装在紧凑的热隔离外壳内。
即插即用
采用PC进行电源供应与数据读出，可以通过U,S,B接口实现。只要软件安装正常，波长计就可以使用了，无需预热。

技术参数
1.According to 3σ criterion, but never better than 20 % of the laser linewidth.
2.With multimode fiber.
3.± 200 nm around calibration wavelength; outside of this range the accuracy as WS7-30.
4.± 2 nm around calibration wavelength; outside of this range the accuracy as WS8-10; note 3 also applies.
5.Standard deviation. WS6-200 and higher models require singlemode or photonic crystal fibers to reach this resolution.
